Summer Acceleration. Real progress in a week.
Every summer, we run two three-week Acceleration sessions — July and August. Practicing five days in a row is when many swimmers finally "click," and summer is the best time to make it happen.

Daily practice
Skills don't have time to fade. Movements from one day connect naturally into the next, and the whole stroke comes together faster.

Daily correction
Mistakes get caught and fixed the same day — before they harden into bad habits that carry into the next week.

Repetition locks it in
Correct movement, done five days in a row, is how muscle memory actually forms. One week of intensive practice often equals several weeks of regular classes.
