How are classes priced and paid for?

Tuition paid by check or cash must be completed before the first class.

Are refunds available? Do class credits expire?

All class purchases are non-refundable.

To encourage consistent progress, class credits must be used within the following timeframes:
 • 6-class package: within 2 months
 • 12-class package: within 4 months

In cases of illness or injury, families may request an extension.
Credits may also be transferred to a friend or family member.

What equipment does my child need?

 • Bright lobby areas

Do students learn all four strokes at the same time?

Yes. Each class includes work on all four competitive strokes.

Based on long-term coaching experience, learning multiple strokes together helps students
develop balanced technique and coordination.

How long is each class?

Each class is 55 minutes.

Instruction progresses from focused skill work to integrated practice, using repetition to reinforce
correct technique.

Can parents stay on deck during class?

Parents should bring children to the pool 5 minutes before class for check-in, then leave the
pool area during instruction.

Parents may return 5 minutes before class ends to observe and briefly communicate with the
coach.

This policy helps maintain a focused learning environment.

How is the appropriate Level determined?

Each Level has clear skill requirements.

Families are encouraged to schedule a trial class so the coach can evaluate the swimmer and
recommend appropriate placement.

Is a trial class available?

Yes. Trial classes are available for new students.

If the trial class is not a good fit, the trial fee will be fully refunded.

Can classes be changed or canceled?

Classes may be modified or canceled online at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as attended classes.

What happens if a class is canceled due to weather or pool closure?

 • Severe weather

 • Fewer than six students checked in

Families will be notified through the website and group communication channels.

How long does it take to progress?

With consistent attendance (2–3 times per week), many students show clear improvement within
3–6 months.

Is swim team participation required?

No. Swim team participation is optional.
