Pathway
How swimmers move forward. At Coach Mei Swim School, swimmers progress step by step — and every step keeps their future options open.
HOW SWIMMERS MOVE FORWARD
One lane, three stages, and a choice at the end.
Every swimmer at Coach Mei Swim School follows the same proven progression. They begin by learning correct fundamentals, refine their technique as skills stabilize, and — when they're ready — take on real training concepts.
Where the lane leads after that is up to them. Some join a swim team. Others swim for life. Both are the goal.

THE PROGRESSION
Follow the lane.
Learn correct fundamentals
Swimmers begin at the beginning: how to control the body, breathe properly, and move with purpose in the water. Correct habits from day one — no shortcuts to unlearn later.

Then the lane opens up.
There is no single finish line here - there are two good ones.
Join a swim team
Some swimmers choose to try out for a competitive team — and arrive with technique that holds up under real training.
Swim for life
Others continue swimming for skill, fitness, and confidence — a strong, correct stroke they will carry for decades.
